That is some wicked leatherwork. I myself made a brigandine cuirass and attached pauldrons to them. I am thinking about sticking with plate though...

Historically, Paludron are stucked onto the chest armour or on a gorgerin!

He's right. It most cases, Pauldrons were strapped to the arm AND the armor. With my brigandine, the front straps of the pauldron are attached to the top of the uppermost chestplate, while the rear straps are attached to a big strap that runs down the middle of my back.
